Wichard Self-Locking Bow Shackle 316L Stainless Steel – Forged Lyre Shackle, Ø4–12 mm
The Wichard Self-Locking Bow Shackle is manufactured from forged 316L stainless steel and features a patented self-locking system that secures the pin head into dedicated notches within the shackle body. This prevents accidental loosening caused by vibration, movement, or cyclic loading.
The bow (lyre) shape provides increased internal clearance compared to straight shackles, making it ideal when greater articulation is required or when multiple sheets, ropes, or cables must be connected to a single attachment point.
Designed for demanding marine environments, the shackle offers excellent corrosion resistance, notable working and breaking loads, CE marking, and individual serial numbering for traceability.
