Designed for marine and industrial fastening applications, it combines excellent corrosion resistance with high working and breaking loads. Available in diameters from 4 mm to 14 mm, with Working Load Limits ranging from 140 kg to 1,600 kg and breaking loads up to 8,000 kg. CE marked and individually serialized for traceability.

Wichard Self-Locking D Shackle 316L Stainless Steel – Forged Straight Shackle, Ø4–14 mm
The Wichard Self-Locking D Shackle is manufactured from forged 316L stainless steel and features a patented self-locking pin system. The head of the pin locks securely into one of the notches integrated into the shackle body, preventing accidental loosening caused by vibration or repeated loading.
Designed for marine, sailing, rigging, and industrial fastening applications, this straight shackle provides excellent corrosion resistance, reliable load capacity, and secure operation. Each shackle is CE marked and supplied with an individual serial number for identification and traceability.
