Maxwell RC10-10 Hydraulic 100TDC CW Vertical Anchor Windlass (Vetus P102598)
The Maxwell RC10-10 Hydraulic is a fully automatic vertical rope/chain anchor windlass from the Maxwell RC10 Series, designed for vessels requiring hydraulic drive systems and dependable anchoring performance. This model features a standard 100 TDC deck clearance, making it suitable for low-profile deck installations on cruising yachts and powerboats.
Manufactured from marine-grade stainless steel (AISI 316) and chromed bronze, the RC10-10 offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The patented Wave Design™ chainwheel, combined with a heavy-duty stainless steel pressure arm and preloaded spring system, ensures secure handling of rope, chain, and the rope-to-chain splice.
The hydraulic drive system provides smooth, consistent operation with power equivalent to a 1200 W electric motor, making this windlass suitable for vessels equipped with onboard hydraulic systems. A sealed oil bath gearbox with precision worm and worm wheel ensures efficient power transfer and extended service life.
