The STA-LOK 051 Swage Stud Open Body range consists of stainless steel swage studs designed for use with rotary and fixed die swaging machines. Manufactured from high specification 316 stainless steel, these studs are suitable for 1×19, 7 strand, and compacted strand wire rope (IWRC) and can be used with open and closed body turnbuckles. They are supplied with right-hand thread only and include a split pin. A minimum hole depth of 10× wire diameter is required.

STA-LOK 051 Swage Stud Open Body – 316 Stainless Steel Swage Studs for Turnbuckles
The STA-LOK 051 Swage Stud Open Body range is designed for secure wire rope terminations in marine rigging, architectural systems, and industrial installations. Manufactured from high specification 316 stainless steel, these studs provide high corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding environments.
These swage studs are suitable for use with rotary and fixed die swaging machines and can be used with 1×19, 7 strand, and compacted strand wire rope (IWRC). They are suitable for both metric and inch wire ropes and are designed for use with open and closed body turnbuckles.
All studs are supplied with right-hand thread only and include a split pin. For correct installation, a minimum hole depth of 10× wire diameter is required. When using compacted strand wire ropes, down-sized thread options are not suitable.
