Tecnoseal NACA aluminium hydrofoil bar sacrificial anodes for marine hull corrosion protection, available in five sizes and mounting configurations. The streamlined anodes range from 240 × 60 × 31 mm to 510 × 106 × 53 mm, with centre-to-centre mounting distances of 80, 150, 160 or 230 mm depending on the model. Mounting specifications include Ø13 mm and Ø25 mm for NACA01AL, 13 × 25 mm openings for NACA03AL and NACA04AL, and 17 × 25 mm openings for NACA08AL and NACA08-230AL. Tecnoseal NACA Aluminium Hydrofoil Bar Anodes for Hulls – Multiple Sizes

The Tecnoseal NACA series includes aluminium sacrificial anodes with a streamlined hydrofoil profile for marine hull applications. Five models are available with different body dimensions, mounting hole configurations and weights.

These hydrofoil bar anodes are used to help protect electrically connected metallic components from galvanic corrosion. The tapered profile is designed for underwater marine installations.

Tecnoseal NACA aluminium hydrofoil bar anodes are intended for underwater marine installations requiring a streamlined sacrificial anode.

Mounting and Replacement

Before ordering, compare the overall dimensions, mounting opening sizes and centre-to-centre distances with the existing anode.

Important: NACA08AL and NACA08-230AL have identical body dimensions of 510 × 106 × 53 mm, but different mounting distances: 160 mm and 230 mm respectively.

Inspect the sacrificial anode periodically and replace it when sufficiently consumed.
