Tecnoseal GORI 1552000 / 1553000 / 1554000 / 1550000 Zinc Collar Anodes for 3-Blade Saildrive Propellers
The Tecnoseal 01029, 01026, 01020 and 01027 are zinc sacrificial collar anodes designed for GORI 3-blade Saildrive propellers. These components are available in four sizes, corresponding to different propeller configurations, and replace original GORI part numbers 1552000, 1553000, 1554000 and 1550000.
Each anode features a split cylindrical collar design with fastening holes for securing it to the corresponding propeller assembly. The collar construction provides a replaceable sacrificial corrosion protection component for electrically connected underwater metallic parts of compatible GORI propeller systems.
The available versions cover propeller sizes from 15 to 30 inches, divided into four specified ranges. The anodes differ in their overall length, width, mounting dimensions, fastening hole measurements and weight. Their zinc construction is intended to provide sacrificial galvanic corrosion protection in suitable marine operating environments.

GORI Propeller Compatibility
These Tecnoseal collar anodes are specified for GORI 3-blade propellers used with Saildrive systems. Each variant corresponds to a particular propeller size range and original GORI replacement reference.
The propeller size ranges are expressed in inches and refer to the compatible propellers, not the shaft diameter or the physical diameter of the collar anode.
Before ordering, identify the propeller size and compare the original GORI part number with the required Tecnoseal replacement. The physical mounting dimensions should also be checked against the existing anode.
Design and Mounting Configuration
The anodes feature a curved, split-collar construction with fastening holes positioned along the body. The collar is intended to fit around the corresponding mounting section of the propeller assembly, with the fastening arrangement securing it in position.
The four variants differ in their collar dimensions and mounting geometry. Their lengths range from 65 to 127 mm, widths from 34 to 50 mm and mounting dimensions (i) from 45 to 90 mm. The manufacturer's drawing additionally specifies the Ø and Ø1 measurements for each version.
These dimensional differences mean the four versions should not be considered interchangeable. Select the replacement according to the original GORI reference and confirmed propeller configuration.
Galvanic Corrosion Protection
Manufactured from zinc, these Tecnoseal collar anodes function as sacrificial components in compatible propeller corrosion protection arrangements. The zinc material is designed to corrode preferentially, helping protect electrically connected underwater metallic components against galvanic corrosion.
Zinc sacrificial anodes are commonly used in saltwater environments. Material suitability should be checked according to the vessel's operating conditions and the propeller manufacturer's recommendations.
Inspection and Replacement
Inspect the anode during routine propeller maintenance and replace it when significantly depleted. Check the fastening arrangement and mounting surfaces before installation.
Ensure the replacement anode is correctly positioned and has suitable electrical contact with the metallic component requiring protection.
Scope of Supply
1 × Tecnoseal GORI Zinc Collar Anode in the selected propeller size.
