The Tecnoseal 01030, 01030MG, 01031 and 01032 are sacrificial propeller nut anodes designed for compatible J-Prop feathering propeller assemblies. These replacement components are manufactured in zinc or magnesium and provide sacrificial galvanic corrosion protection for electrically connected underwater metallic parts of the propeller system.

The anodes feature a rounded, dome-shaped external profile with a recessed central fastening opening. Their mounting design incorporates an internal cavity and additional fastening dimensions, as shown in the manufacturer's technical drawing. The 01031 has a 79 mm outside diameter, 33 mm height and 40 mm internal diameter, with additional mounting diameters of 10 mm (Ø2) and 5.5 mm (Ø3). The largest 01032 version measures 89 mm in outside diameter, 37 mm in height and 50 mm internally, with Ø2 = 10 mm and Ø3 = 6 mm.

The variants have different dimensions and are not interchangeable solely on the basis of their external shape. Compare the existing anode and mounting arrangement with the technical specifications before ordering.

J-Prop Propeller Compatibility
