Maxwell RC10-10 24V 1200W 100TDC CW Vertical Anchor Windlass (Vetus P102576)
The Maxwell RC10-10 is a fully automatic vertical rope/chain anchor windlass from the Maxwell RC Series, positioned in the upper mid-range of the lineup. Designed for smooth and efficient anchoring, this model is suitable for cruising yachts and powerboats operating in demanding marine environments.
Manufactured from marine-grade stainless steel (AISI 316) and chromed bronze, the RC10-10 offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The patented Wave Design™ chainwheel, combined with a heavy-duty stainless steel pressure arm and preloaded spring system, ensures secure control of both rope and chain, including the rope-to-chain splice.
The low-profile 100 TDC configuration allows for compact deck installation, while the two-piece design, spacer tube system, and self-aligning gearbox provide flexibility for a wide range of deck thicknesses and installation layouts. A sealed oil bath gearbox with a precision worm and worm wheel ensures efficient power transmission and long service life.
