SeaSure 00.02 is a 25 mm flat mounted Mini block manufactured with marine-grade stainless steel side plates and rivets and a hard-wearing black plastic sheave. The block uses a simple plain bearing, accommodates ropes up to 8 mm in diameter and has a 500 kg MBS with a 250 kg SWL. A flange on either side of the sheave includes fixing holes so the block can be bolted or screwed directly to a surface, with 5 mm diameter fixing holes. The design is suitable for marine and industrial pulley applications.

SeaSure 00.02 25 mm Plain Bearing Flat Mounted Mini Block
SeaSure 00.02 is a 25 mm flat mounted block from the SeaSure Mini range. It is manufactured with marine-grade stainless steel side plates and rivets and uses a hard-wearing black plastic sheave.
The block features a simple plain bearing and is suitable for ropes up to 8 mm in diameter. A flange is positioned on either side of the sheave with fixing holes, allowing the block to be bolted or screwed directly onto a mounting surface. The fixing holes are 5 mm in diameter.
The single-sheave block has a maximum breaking strength (MBS) of 500 kg and a safe working load (SWL) of 250 kg. The SeaSure 25 mm block range can be used in marine and industrial pulley systems, including lifting systems, garage door mechanisms and storage solutions.
