The Tecnoseal TEC-24 series consists of oval sacrificial plate anodes available in zinc, aluminium and magnesium. These anodes are designed for marine corrosion protection applications, providing a replaceable sacrificial element to help reduce galvanic corrosion of compatible metallic components.

All three versions share the same oval profile, measuring 112 mm (4.41 in) in length, 53 mm (2.09 in) in width and 19 mm (0.75 in) in height. Each anode features two mounting holes with a diameter of 6.5 mm (0.26 in) and a centre-to-centre spacing of 32 mm (1.26 in).

Oval Plate Design and Mounting

The TEC-24 anode features an oval body with two recessed mounting holes arranged along its longitudinal axis. The mounting hole spacing is 32 mm, and the hole diameter is 6.5 mm.

All three material versions use the same mounting dimensions, allowing selection of the required sacrificial anode material while retaining the specified plate geometry.

Choosing the Correct Anode Material

The TEC-24 series is offered in three sacrificial anode materials with different electrochemical properties:
