The Italwinch Heron Marine Capstan is a professional electric capstan developed for yachts, motorboats and commercial vessels up to 23 metres in length. Manufactured entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel, it provides excellent corrosion resistance together with reliable performance for demanding docking, mooring and line-handling operations.
The Heron series is available with 1500W, 1700W and 2000W motors and supports 12V, 24V and 230V AC power supplies depending on the selected model. High pulling capacity and multiple drive configurations allow the capstan to be matched to a wide variety of vessel sizes and operating requirements.
Depending on the version, the Heron delivers a maximum pulling force of up to 1750 kg with a continuous working load of up to 270 kg, making it suitable for intensive marine service.
