The Lewmar Pro-Sport 550 Horizontal Anchor Windlass is designed for efficient anchor handling on boats from 6 to 9 metres. It features a sturdy central aluminium body combined with durable composite side covers, providing a compact and practical solution for onboard anchoring systems.
The windlass is powered by a 12 V, 150 W motor and is suitable for 6 mm chain and 12 mm rope. It delivers a maximum pull of 250 kg and a continuous working load of 63 kg, with line speeds up to 30 m/min and continuous line speed of 25 m/min.
Installation is simple and requires only one hole for chain passage. The unit is supplied as a complete kit with dashboard switch, magnetothermal protection, clutch release lever, quick-mount studs, fastening pins, seal, installation tool, template and gasket, and instructions in 6 languages.
