The swing mechanism pivots on a permanently lubricated bearing to reduce moving parts and ensure long-lasting reliability. Safety and automation are built-in: the thruster retracts after control deactivation or after 15 minutes of inactivity. Electronic safeguards protect the mechanism from overload, while a timed delay between direction changes prevents gear stress.
