The Vetus PLA23L Planus hatch delivers a stylish, low-profile ventilation solution for cruisers and sailing vessels operating in CE Design Category A, Area II. With only 20 mm height above deck and large 75 mm corner radii, the hatch blends smoothly into deck surfaces for a refined and modern appearance.
A satin sheen anodized aluminium frame provides marine-grade corrosion resistance, while the 10 mm dark-smoke acrylic lid offers durability and sun glare control. The friction hinge ensures stepless opening through 180° and keeps the lid supported in any chosen position without additional stays. The single-handle design allows secure locking, and the hatch can be opened either from the inside or from the outside.
