The Vetus MAG4242SL Magnus deck hatch is built for the highest level of marine performance, compliant with CE Category A1 standards for ocean voyages. Designed for installation on any area of the hull or deck, it features a flush square design that minimizes snagging and improves both safety and vessel aesthetics.
The satin sheen anodized aluminium frame ensures long-term corrosion resistance while the 10 mm dark-smoke acrylic pane provides durability, privacy, and glare reduction. Thanks to its friction hinges, the hatch can remain open in any position up to a full 180° without requiring stays. Two internal/external handles allow secure closing in watertight configuration, or alternatively in a ventilation position for controlled airflow.
