Clamcleat CL827-36 is a rope-mounted Aero cleat assembly designed for ropes from 4 to 6 mm (5/32–1/4").

The system combines the CL827 Aero base with a CL236 Mk1 Racing Junior aluminium cleat and integrated roller fairlead. The roller fairlead helps reduce friction where the rope changes direction, making the assembly particularly suitable for tensioning triangular rigs.

The CL827-36 can be rigged to provide a 2:1 mechanical advantage, while the position of the cleat can be adjusted by hand without tools. This allows quick setup and repositioning in a range of outdoor and rigging applications.

Typical uses include sports netting, canvas structures, tie-downs, radio masts and aerials.
