Clamcleat CL828-63 is the smallest and lightest Aero cleat assembly in the range, combining the CL828 Aero base with the CL263 Black Nylon Micros cleat. Designed for 3–4 mm (1/8–5/32") rope, it is rigged directly onto the line to provide a 2:1 mechanical advantage and can be repositioned by hand without tools. Its all-nylon construction makes it suitable for lower-load applications such as sports netting, canvas structures and tie-downs.

Clamcleat CL828-63 Aero Cleat with CL263 Nylon Micros for 3–4 mm Rope
Clamcleat CL828-63 is the smallest Aero cleat assembly in the Clamcleat range, designed for ropes from 3 to 4 mm (1/8–5/32").
The system combines the CL828 Aero base with the CL263 Black Nylon Micros cleat. It is rigged directly onto the rope and provides a 2:1 mechanical advantage for easier line tensioning.
The position of the cleat can be adjusted by hand without tools, allowing quick setup and repositioning. Its all-nylon construction keeps the unit lightweight and corrosion proof.
The CL828-63 is intended for lower-load applications such as sports netting, canvas structures and tie-downs. For higher loads, the aluminium CL828-68 version can be considered.
