Clamcleat CL828-77 Aero cleats are compact rope-mounted assemblies for 3–4 mm (1/8–5/32") lines, combining the CL828 Aero base with a CL277 Side-Entry Racing Micros cleat in starboard orientation. The side-entry fairlead allows the rope to be hooked in quickly for fast rigging and de-rigging, while the integrated becket supports either 2:1 or 4:1 rigging. The cleat position can be adjusted by hand without tools, making the system suitable for sports netting, hammocks, canvas structures, tie-downs, radio masts and aerials. Available in silver or hard-anodised versions.

Clamcleat CL828-77 is a compact rope-mounted Aero cleat assembly designed for ropes from 3 to 4 mm (1/8–5/32").

The system combines the CL828 Aero base with a CL277 Side-Entry Racing Micros cleat in starboard orientation. The side-entry fairlead allows the rope to be hooked underneath the cleat for quick rigging and de-rigging without having to fully unthread the line.

The assembly can be rigged at a 2:1 ratio, or the integrated becket can be used to create a 4:1 system where additional mechanical advantage is required.

The cleat position on the rope can be adjusted by hand without tools, making the CL828-77 easy to set up and reposition.

Typical applications include sports netting, hammocks, canvas structures, tie-downs, radio masts and aerials.

The range is available in two versions: CL828-77 with a silver CL277 aluminium cleat and CL828-77AN with a hard-anodised CL277AN cleat for increased surface durability.
