Tecnoseal Cummins zinc pencil anodes are designed for marine engine heat exchangers and cooling systems. These sacrificial anodes help protect internal metallic components against galvanic corrosion in cooling-water circuits. The range includes seven replacement models with different zinc body dimensions and mounting connections.

The cylindrical zinc bodies measure from 10 to 18 mm in diameter and from 20 to 65 mm in length. Each model has an integrated mounting extension, with lengths ranging from 8 to 15 mm. Depending on the version, the mounting connection is specified as M6, 16x1.5, 3/8" UNC, 7/16" UNF or a 15.5 mm dimension.

The individual anodes weigh between 0.01 and 0.14 kg. The 02040 is the longest model at 65 mm, while the 02042 offers a compact 10 x 20 mm body. Other configurations include 16 mm diameter rods in different lengths and mounting sizes.

All models are supplied as zinc anodes only, without brass mounting plugs. The range includes replacement references for Cummins part numbers 68241 and 5290511, together with the alternative Tecnoseal references TEC-E1-Z and 01318.

Model Selection
