Tecnoseal Caterpillar Brass & Stainless Steel Plugs for Engine Heat Exchanger Pencil Anodes

Tecnoseal replacement plugs are designed for pencil anodes used in Caterpillar marine engine heat exchangers and cooling systems. These threaded fittings provide a mounting connection for compatible sacrificial anode rods and are available separately when the original plug requires replacement.

The range includes 15 configurations, with 14 brass models and one stainless steel version. The plugs have different external connections, including tapered BSPT pipe threads, a 1/2" NPT connection and UNF threaded versions. Internal connections vary from 1/4" UNC to 3/4" UNC and include specific UNF thread sizes. The 02021-2TP and 02027-1TP models also have mounting dimensions specified in millimetres.

The brass plugs are available in compact and larger configurations, with head dimensions from 10 to 25 mm and individual weights from 0.02 to 0.28 kg.
