The Zipwake IT600-S Interceptor is a durable and cost-effective trim control solution designed for planing and semi-planing boats between 6 m and 15 m (20–50 ft). As part of the Series S modular interceptor family, it offers reliable performance, fast response, and easy installation for a wide range of boat designs.
This interceptor features a robust construction engineered to withstand impact and prevent water ingress, significantly reducing maintenance needs and downtime. A calibration-free, submersible electric servo actuator is integrated directly into the unit. Natural water cooling ensures optimal operating conditions for the brushless DC servo motor, which operates on 12–32 V DC.
With a blade stroke time of just 1.5 seconds, the IT600-S delivers trim response up to five times faster than conventional trim tabs. Installation is simplified through an integral mounting plate and a self-sealing thru-hull cable fitting that can be concealed or mounted above the waterline. All required accessories, including cable covers and a drill template, are included.
