Maxwell RC12-10 24V 1200W 190TDC CW Vertical Anchor Windlass (Vetus P104937)
The Maxwell RC12-10 is a fully automatic vertical rope/chain anchor windlass and represents the top-range model within the Maxwell RC Series. This configuration features an increased Total Deck Clearance of 190 TDC, making it suitable for vessels with thick deck structures or special installation requirements.
Manufactured from marine-grade AISI 316 stainless steel, the RC12-10 offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The patented Wave Design™ chainwheel ensures smooth anchor deployment and retrieval, secure grip of both rope and chain, and reliable handling of the rope-to-chain splice.
Driven by a powerful 1200 W motor operating on a 24 V DC supply, this windlass delivers a maximum pull of 1134 kg. A ratcheted mechanism prevents backwinding during emergency manual retrieval, ensuring safe and controlled operation under all anchoring conditions.
