The Vetus AMP050B ammeter delivers precise monitoring of battery charge and discharge currents, supporting optimal power management aboard marine and vehicle electrical systems. Designed to measure currents from +50 A (charging) to -50 A (discharging), it provides clear visibility of system load and battery condition. As part of the upgraded Vetus gauge range, this instrument features enhanced accuracy, re-engineered bezels of higher quality, and a durable double-glazed face that helps minimise condensation and improves long-term reliability. The translucent black dial is illuminated from below by dimmable LEDs, offering a selectable yellow or red backlight for excellent readability in all lighting conditions.
The ammeter fits a standard 52 mm dashboard cut-out and has a compact overall diameter of 63 mm. It is supplied with both a solid black bezel and a premium chrome bezel to support a variety of installation styles. A shunt is included for proper current measurement, ensuring that the gauge delivers reliable and accurate readings across the full ±50 A range.
