The Vetus AMP050W white ammeter provides precise real-time monitoring of onboard electrical system currents, enabling clear assessment of both charging and discharging conditions. With a calibrated range of ±50 A, the instrument measures charge currents up to +50 A and discharge currents down to -50 A, ensuring effective oversight of battery health and overall power balance. Part of the enhanced Vetus instrument range, this model incorporates improved measurement accuracy, upgraded bezel construction, and a double-glazed face designed to minimise condensation and improve long-term durability. The translucent white dial is illuminated from below by dimmable LEDs, offering selectable yellow or red illumination for excellent readability under varying lighting conditions.

This ammeter fits a standard 52 mm dashboard cut-out and features a compact overall diameter of 63 mm. It is supplied with both a solid black bezel and a premium chrome bezel for seamless integration into different dashboard layouts. A shunt is included to ensure proper current measurement and correct installation within 12V and 24V electrical systems.
