Vetus BOWB300 BOW PRO Boosted Fully Proportional Brushless Bow Thruster 300 kgf, 24/48V, Ø 300 mm Tunnel
The Vetus BOWB300 BOW PRO Boosted thruster is designed to deliver exceptional lateral maneuvering thrust for large motor yachts and workboats from 25 to 30 metres. With a massive 300 kgf thrust output and fully proportional control, docking and harbor handling become smooth, silent, and highly controlled.
The integrated Boosted DC/DC smart charger enables 48 V thruster battery banks to be charged safely from a 24 V supply network. Its intelligent three-stage charging algorithm prevents voltage drop from source batteries and ensures the thruster bank remains in optimal condition for immediate use.
The brushless induction motor eliminates carbon brush wear and significantly extends operational runtime. The patented MCV motor controller maintains precise thrust regulation and communication with helm controls through the V-CAN CANBUS interface for complete proportional control.
Retrofitting is simplified thanks to compatibility with standard Vetus Ø 300 mm tunnels and common mounting configurations used across major thruster brands.
