Clamcleat CL249 Tug Cleat is a hand-held aluminium rope cleat designed for lines from 3 to 6 mm (1/8–1/4").

The contoured body is designed to be easy to grip by hand while the cleat teeth provide secure rope holding. The rope can be engaged quickly and released easily when tension needs to be adjusted.

The CL249 is suitable for a range of pulling and tensioning tasks, including tightening African drums, transporting windows and specialist handling applications.

The range is available in two versions: CL249 with the standard silver finish and CL249AN with a hard-anodised finish for increased surface durability.
