Clamcleat CL247 Compact Twin Sheave Cleat is a lightweight aluminium cleat with composite nylon rollers, designed for 3–5 mm (1/8–3/16") rope. It can be fitted to mast extensions or tubes using rivets or screws and is particularly suitable for creating a 6:1 downhaul system. The composite rollers are designed to resist wear from coral sand, making the cleat well suited to windsurfing and demanding marine use.

Clamcleat CL247 Compact Twin Sheave Cleat is a lightweight and durable rope cleat designed for lines from 3 to 5 mm (1/8–3/16").

The cleat body is manufactured from high-pressure die-cast aluminium, while the twin rollers are made from composite nylon designed to withstand wear from coral sand and similar abrasive conditions.

The CL247 can be mounted on mast extensions or tubes using rivets or screws. Its twin-sheave arrangement makes it particularly suitable for building a 6:1 windsurf downhaul system.

For additional pulling power during tensioning, the CL247 can be used together with Clamcleat Power Grip models such as CL261 or CL262.
