Clamcleat CL708 is a rivet-on fitting designed to work with the CL248 cleat to create a 6:1 mechanical advantage using 3–5 mm (1/8–3/16") rope. It is suitable for mounting on windsurf masts or tubes around 50 mm (2") in diameter and combines a high-pressure die-cast aluminium body with composite nylon rollers for lightweight strength and resistance to abrasive wear.
