Tecnoseal 395780 Johnson-Evinrude Transom Bracket Anode (1987–2001)
The Tecnoseal Johnson-Evinrude Transom Bracket Anode is a sacrificial anode designed for corrosion protection of the transom bracket assemblies on compatible Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors manufactured between 1987 and 2001. It corresponds to original OEM part number 395780 and is available in zinc, aluminium and magnesium versions.
The anode features a rectangular block-shaped body with a central stepped mounting bore. All three versions share the same dimensions of 45 mm in length, 23 mm in width and 31 mm in height. The mounting bore has two diameters: 14 mm for the larger recess and 8.5 mm for the smaller through-hole. The material determines the weight of each version, while the external dimensions and mounting configuration remain identical.
