The Flojet R3B21501A is a Triplex Series Road Roller Diaphragm Pump with a 24 Volt DC motor, delivering 2.3 GPM. It features a glass-filled nylon housing, Santoprene diaphragm, Viton check valve, and 1/2 inch HB straight ports. This 3-chamber pump sprays water evenly onto roller surfaces to prevent sticking. The external bypass protects from back pressure, and operation requires manual or independent control. Co-injection mold diaphragm technology reduces leak paths, ensuring high performance and long life. Self-priming, able to run dry, operating pressures exceed 50 psi, and self-priming lifts exceed 10 ft. Includes heavy-duty strainer, compact and lightweight design, plug-in ports, and modular construction for low maintenance and easy installation.

Applications
Handles a broad range of chemicals and is ideal for Rideon Road Rollers with knockdown bar, articulating swivel, Vibratory Road Rollers, Pneumatic-tyre Road Rollers, and Tractor-mounted Road Rollers. Discharge line must be opened to prime and remove trapped air. Self-priming and suitable for dry locations, ideally mounted with motor on top. Secure with four screws and avoid compressing rubber grommets which act as vibration dampers.
