The Flojet R3B21503A is a Triplex Series Road Roller Diaphragm Pump with a 24 Volt DC motor and a 1.25 GPM flow rate. Designed to evenly spray water onto rollers to prevent concrete or pavement from sticking, it includes a glass-filled nylon housing, Santoprene diaphragm, Viton check valve, and 1/2 inch HB straight ports. This 3-chamber diaphragm pump features an external bypass, is self-priming, and can run dry without harm. Built with co-injection mold diaphragm technology to reduce leak paths, it provides high performance and long life. Continuous duty operation is possible, but motor brush life is influenced by operating conditions. Compact, lightweight, modular, and easy to install, it includes plug-in ports and a heavy-duty strainer to prevent clogging.

Applications
Suitable for Rideon Road Rollers with knockdown bar, articulating swivel, Vibratory Road Rollers, Pneumatic-tyre Road Rollers, and Tractor-mounted Road Rollers. To prime, open discharge line to release trapped air. Pump can be located above or below water supply, ideally with motor on top. Secure with four screws, avoiding compression of rubber grommets acting as vibration dampers.
