Flojet R3B21500B - Triplex Road Roller Pump 12 Volt DC Inlet Port 1/2"
The Flojet R3B21500B is a Triplex Series Road Roller Diaphragm Pump with a 12 Volt DC motor, delivering 2.3 GPM flow. Built with a glass-filled nylon housing, Santoprene diaphragm, and Viton check valve, it includes 1/2 inch HB straight inlet and discharge ports. This 3-chamber diaphragm pump evenly sprays water onto roller surfaces to prevent concrete or pavement from sticking. The external bypass protects against back pressure, and without a pressure switch, it requires manual or independent control for operation. The co-injection mold diaphragm technology reduces leak paths, providing exceptional performance and extended life. Self-priming and capable of running dry, it operates above 50 psi and lifts water over 10 ft. The pump includes a heavy-duty strainer to protect from clogging, is continuous duty rated, and offers low maintenance, modular, and compact design for easy installation.

Applications
Ideal for Rideon Road Rollers with knockdown bar, Rideon Road Rollers with articulating swivel, Vibratory Road Rollers, Pneumatic-tyre Road Rollers, and Tractor-mounted Road Rollers. To start and prime, open the discharge line to release trapped air. Can be installed above or below water supply. Vertical mounting recommended with motor on top. Secure with four screws without compressing rubber grommets, which act as vibration dampers.
