The Yacht Devices YDBC-05NT is a compact digital barometer for NMEA 2000 networks with an integrated 120 Ohm terminator, allowing the device to be installed in place of an existing network terminator. It measures atmospheric pressure from 300 to 1100 hPa with 0.01 hPa output resolution, ±0.12 hPa relative accuracy and ±1 hPa absolute accuracy from 0°C to +65°C. The Yacht Devices YDBC-05NT is a digital atmospheric pressure sensor designed for use on NMEA 2000-equipped vessels. It measures barometric pressure and makes the data available to compatible chart plotters, digital navigation instruments and other equipment connected to the network.
Unlike the standard YDBC-05N version, the YDBC-05NT includes a built-in 120 Ohm terminator. Models with the T suffix are designed to be connected to the NMEA 2000 bus in place of an existing terminator, allowing installation without requiring an additional free network connector.

Built-In Terminator
The YDBC-05NT contains an integrated 120 Ohm terminator and must be connected at the end of the NMEA 2000 bus in place of an existing terminator. According to the NMEA 2000 network specification, two 120 Ohm terminators are required at the ends of the bus, and no more than two devices with a built-in terminator should be used on the same NMEA 2000 bus.
Weather Monitoring
Atmospheric pressure data from the YDBC-05NT can be displayed simultaneously on compatible chart plotters and navigation instruments. Equipment that supports graphical pressure display or trend indicators can be used to monitor pressure changes and identify developing weather trends.
Historical Data
The device stores measurements from the previous 48 hours in internal RAM. Historical pressure data can be retrieved with compatible Yacht Devices software or hardware, including CAN Log Viewer or an NMEA 2000 Wi-Fi Gateway.
Digital Switching Support
The YDBC-05NT can be configured to control compatible NMEA 2000 digital switching channels based on current atmospheric pressure or changes in pressure over time.

Configuration
The pressure sensor is factory calibrated. A configurable pressure offset from -10.0 to +10.0 hPa can be applied when required to align the reading with other onboard instruments.
