The VDO 331-810-012-007B Cockpit International Engine Hours Counter is designed to provide accurate engine hour measurements with high reliability. This compact device features a 52 mm (2 1/16 inch) installation hole diameter and an outside diameter of 59.25 mm (2 1/3 inch). It requires a depth of 53 mm for installation.

When using the Spinlock nut, the locking height is adjustable between 0.5 mm and 20 mm. Note that there is no option for a locking height with a bracket, and flush mounting is not supported. The engine hours counter measures a range of 0 to 99999.9 hours with an accuracy of ±5 seconds per day at room temperature. It connects through an AMP male blade connector (6.3 x 0.8 mm) with two pins and offers optional illumination connection.

The device operates on a voltage range of 21.5 to 30 Volt DC and consumes less than 23 mA of current when illumination is not used.
