The Lewmar AA710 Wireless Windlass Remote Control is an advanced anchor management system that combines wireless windlass operation with an integrated electronic chain counter. Designed for convenient control from anywhere onboard, the handheld controller provides accurate monitoring of anchor deployment while improving safety and ease of operation.

The high-contrast LCD display with backlit keys continuously shows the deployed rope or chain length together with chain speed. Users can select measurements in metres, feet or fathoms, while programmable functions simplify anchoring procedures and improve overall control.

The AA710 incorporates intelligent safety features including a programmable safety lock, docking alarm, preset stopping point and One Touch automatic anchor deployment and retrieval with automatic speed reduction as the anchor approaches its docking position. The system also records windlass operating hours to assist with maintenance scheduling.

Compatible with DC, AC and hydraulic windlass systems, the AA710 operates in parallel with existing toggle switches, foot switches and other electrical controls. In addition to windlass operation, it can control two additional onboard ON/OFF devices such as bow thrusters, bowsprits, swim platforms or awnings.

The ergonomic handheld transmitter features a ribbed rubber-coated housing for secure grip, floats if dropped overboard, and is protected to IP67. Wireless communication uses individual device identification and registration for secure operation.
