Viadana Wind Speed Ball Bearing Single Blocks are designed for sailing and marine rigging systems where smooth rope movement, compact dimensions and high load capacity are required. The range combines a reinforced black nylon body with stainless steel components and ball-bearing sheaves, providing a durable construction suitable for repeated operation in demanding deck and rigging applications.
The universal head configuration allows the block to be incorporated into different rigging arrangements, while the ball-bearing system reduces friction as the rope passes over the sheave. Three sizes are available for ropes up to 8, 10 and 12 mm, with corresponding sheave diameters of 34, 45 and 56 mm.
Breaking loads increase from 800 kg on the smallest model to 1450 kg on the largest version, while working loads range from 300 to 580 kg. The corresponding Viadana references are 89.53, 90.53 and 91.51, with FNI product numbers 7878024, 7878025 and 7878026 respectively.
