The STA-LOK Dyform & Compacted Wedges are replacement components designed for STA-LOK Self-Fit Terminals used with Dyform and compacted strand wire ropes. These wedges must be replaced whenever a terminal is reused to ensure correct re-termination and secure fitting.
Compacted strand and Dyform wire ropes provide higher breaking loads and reduced stretch compared to conventional 1×19 wire. These wedges are designed to terminate a range of constructions including 1×7, 1×19, 1×25, 1×31, and 1×36, depending on the specific wedge selected.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, each wedge is laser marked for easy identification. Wedges are supplied in packs of 1, 2, or 5 depending on wire size and construction.
