STA-LOK 045 Swage Shrouds – 316 Stainless Steel Swage Terminals for Wire Rope
The STA-LOK 045 Swage Shrouds are precision wire rope terminals designed for secure swaged terminations in marine rigging, architectural installations, and industrial applications. Manufactured from high specification 316 stainless steel, these fittings provide excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding environments.
The terminals are suitable for use with rotary and fixed die swaging machines and can be used with 1×19, 7 strand, and compacted strand wire rope (IWRC). They are compatible with both metric and inch wire ropes.
For proper installation, a minimum hole depth of 10× wire diameter is required. The terminals are also designed to work with N840 backing plates.
