STA-LOK 042 Swage Stemballs – 316 Stainless Steel Swage Ball Terminals for Wire Rope
The STA-LOK 042 Swage Stemballs are precision wire rope terminals designed for secure swaged terminations in marine, architectural, and industrial applications. Manufactured from high specification 316 stainless steel, they provide high corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding environments.
These terminals are suitable for use with rotary and fixed die swaging machines and can be used with 1×19, 7 strand, and compacted strand wire rope (IWRC). They are suitable for both metric and inch wire ropes.
For correct installation, a minimum hole depth of 10× wire diameter is required. The terminals are designed to suit most backing plates, but stemball cups may be required. Always check Tip Cup and Spreader dimensions for correct head sizing. Stemball cups are available separately under product code 042C.
