The Harken FW250EA12H is a FlatWinder electric block designed for effortless mainsheet traveler control. The Harken FlatWinder Electric Block offers effortless mainsheet traveler control with a compact, self-contained electric system. Designed to improve sail handling, it allows sailors to adjust the traveler quickly, depower the rig, and postpone reefing when conditions demand.
- Operates in both directions, keeping the traveler line off the cockpit floor.
- Recommended to use with two Digital System Switches for activation from port and starboard sides.
- Wide-diameter drive sheave mounted on a sloped base to guide the line and reduce wear.
- Eliminates the need for deck winches, providing a cleaner, safer deck layout.
- Horizontal motor installed belowdeck with a maximum working load of 250 kg (551 lb).
- Compatible with 10 mm line and 4:1 purchase for approximately 1000 kg (2205 lb) pull.
- Line speed without load: 35 m/min (115 ft/min).
- Includes Harken Dual-Function Control Box for integrated control and simplified installation.
- Suitable for monohulls 15 - 18 m (50 - 60') and catamarans 14 - 15 m (45 - 50').
