Clamcleat CL241 Racing Sail Line cleats are low-profile aluminium cleats with an integrated fairlead, designed for 3–6 mm (1/8–1/4") ropes. Their tooth profile provides quick, positive locking with easy release, making them suitable for leech and luff line adjustment, reefing points, dinghy deck use and trampoline tensioning. The range is available with silver stove-enamel or hard-anodised finishes, with variants supplied as the cleat only, with a backplate, or with backplate and rivets.

Clamcleat CL241 Racing Sail Line Port Cleats for 3–6 mm Rope, Silver or Hard Anodised, with Optional Backplate / Rivets
Clamcleat CL241 Racing Sail Line is a low-profile aluminium cleat with an integrated fairlead, designed for ropes from 3 to 6 mm (1/8–1/4").
The tooth design provides a quick, positive lock while allowing easy rope release. Its compact profile and high load-holding capability make it suitable for tensioning leech lines on larger sails and luff lines on smaller sails.
The integrated rope guide also makes the cleat suitable for adjusting and securing reefing points. It can additionally be used as a low-profile deck cleat and for tensioning trampolines on dinghies and catamarans.
The CL241 can be mounted in two positions. The range is available with either a silver stove-enamel finish or a hard-anodised finish. Selected variants include a matching backplate or a backplate and rivets for reinforced installation.

Installation Notes
- Use a backplate when riveting the cleat to sails or technical fabrics to help prevent rivet pull-through.
- When installing aluminium cleats on carbon fibre sails, avoid direct metal-to-carbon contact to help prevent corrosion.
