Clamcleat CL201 Vertical Nylon Cleats for 6–12 mm Rope, Standard or Old Style
Clamcleat CL201 is a vertical black nylon rope cleat designed for fast, secure line handling in marine, outdoor and general-purpose applications.
The current CL201 model accommodates ropes from 6 to 12 mm (1/4–1/2"). The rope drops directly into the cleat teeth to provide a quick, positive lock while remaining easy to release when adjustment is required. Manufactured from UV-resistant nylon, it is suitable for prolonged outdoor use on boats, flag poles, tubes and other equipment.
The CL201-O is the original Old Style version and is retained primarily as a replacement cleat for existing installations. It is designed for 6–10 mm (1/4–3/8") rope and uses the original 84 mm mounting hole centres, compared with 72 mm on the current CL201.
The CL201-O is particularly useful for restoring older and classic boats where the original mounting pattern needs to be retained.
