Optiparts EX2190 is a complete power pack upgrade kit for Laser® and ILCA® dinghies, providing all essential components required to enhance cunningham and outhaul control systems in a single integrated package.
The kit includes cleats, a mounting block plate, 20 mm ball bearing blocks, and pre-configured control lines, allowing sailors to significantly improve trimming efficiency and reduce friction in sail adjustment systems.
The supplied cleat and block plate assembly is designed for easy installation using original factory mounting holes, eliminating the need for hull modifications while ensuring secure and reliable positioning.
The control line setup combines a 4 mm trim line with a 3 mm Dyneema core line, delivering optimal balance between strength, low stretch, and reduced friction through the block system. This configuration ensures smoother operation and more precise sail control under load.
A mast retainer is also included, completing the upgrade package and enhancing overall rig functionality.
