Optiparts EX2150 is a classic replacement mainsheet block designed for Laser® and ILCA® dinghies, intended for boom-mounted installation as part of the mainsheet control system.
This block uses a plain bearing sheave design that offers robust reliability, low maintenance operation, and dependable performance under repeated sheeting loads. It is ideal for regular sailing use where durability and simplicity are priorities.
The 40 mm sheave provides smooth rope movement with efficient load distribution, while supporting mainsheet lines up to 10 mm diameter. Its design ensures stable sheeting control during trimming, gybing, and high-load sail handling maneuvers.
