Optiparts EX2000 is a standard padded hiking strap developed for Laser® and ILCA® sailors seeking dependable comfort, low weight, and durable everyday performance. Designed for average sailors and regular training use, this strap offers a balanced combination of comfort, strength, and affordability.
The strap is manufactured from strong black webbing, partially covered with black wear-resistant UV-resistant cloth for enhanced protection against abrasion and sunlight exposure. Inside, the strap is filled with closed-cell foam plate material that does not absorb water, helping maintain lightweight performance even in wet conditions.
Its 82 cm length and 8 cm width provide stable foot support during hiking maneuvers, while the aft loop and front mounting holes allow secure and straightforward installation on compatible Laser® and ILCA® dinghies.
