Tecnoseal 69L-45371-00 Yamaha 200–300 HP Outboard Trim Tab Anode Ø100 mm
The Tecnoseal 01145 series consists of sacrificial trim tab anodes designed for Yamaha 200–300 HP outboard motors. Corresponding to Yamaha OEM part number 69L-45371-00, these replacement anodes help protect submerged metallic components of compatible Yamaha outboard lower units against galvanic corrosion.
Each anode features a circular base with an integrated angled vertical fin and an extended horizontal section. The fin rises from the circular base to form the characteristic Yamaha trim tab profile, while the central threaded mounting arrangement provides attachment to the corresponding lower-unit position.
The sacrificial anode material gradually corrodes during service, helping reduce galvanic corrosion of surrounding protected metallic components. The integrated fin also maintains the physical trim tab configuration of the original part.
The circular base measures 100 mm (3.94 in) in diameter (Ø). According to the Tecnoseal catalogue, the profile dimensions are 30 mm (1.18 in) for h and 60 mm (2.36 in) for h1. The central mounting thread (m) is M10 × 1.25. These measurements and mounting geometry are identical across all three material versions.
Three material versions are available. The zinc version, Tecnoseal 01145, weighs 0.64 kg (1.41 lbs) and corresponds to Osculati reference 43.252.95. The aluminium version, Tecnoseal 01145AL, weighs 0.26 kg (0.57 lbs) and corresponds to Osculati reference 43.252.93. The magnesium version, Tecnoseal 01145MG, weighs 0.17 kg (0.37 lbs) and corresponds to Osculati reference 43.252.92. These alternatives allow selection of the appropriate sacrificial material according to the vessel's operating water conditions.
