The VDO 360-081-030-138C Pressure Sender is designed to accurately measure pressure within a range of 0 to 10 Bar (0 to 145 PSI or 0 to 1000 KPa). It can handle a maximum pressure of 30 Bar for up to 2 seconds, ensuring reliable performance in demanding conditions.
Featuring a thread specification of 1/8 - 27 NPTF, this pressure sender has a thread length of 11 mm and a total length of 19.5 mm including the nut. The recommended torque is 30 Nm for secure installation. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -25 °C to +100 °C and is compatible with oil, fuel, and air as pressure mediums.
Electrical characteristics include an operating voltage of 6 - 24 V DC and a resistor range of 10 - 184 Ohm. The sensor provides a single-pole common ground signal, with a warning contact set to activate at 1.25 Bar ± 0.30 Bar. The warning contact has a switching capacity of up to 5 Watts non-inductive and closes with falling pressure. The pressure sender connector is an M4 AMP Male 4.8 x 0.8 mm at 90°, and the warning contact connector is an M4 AMP Male 6.3 x 0.8 mm at 50°.
