Osculati flat washers are manufactured from A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel and are listed according to DIN 125 / UNI 6592. These standard round washers feature a flat bearing surface and a central hole designed to accommodate compatible metric threaded fasteners.

Installed beneath a bolt head, machine screw head or nut, a flat washer helps distribute the clamping force over a larger area of the mounting surface. This can reduce localized contact pressure and help protect the surface of the assembled components.
