The Douglas Marine Master Mooring 20 is a patented heavy-duty mooring compensator designed for vessels from 20 to 45 tonnes displacement. Its construction combines high-resistance stainless steel, special elastomers and nylon extension limiters to absorb dynamic loads caused by swell, wake, wind and vessel movement. All versions have a 440 mm length, Ø100 mm body diameter, 90 mm stroke, 14,000 kg working load and 27,000 kg breaking load. The elastomer operates from -40°C to +120°C and is rated for up to 400,000 working cycles. The range includes three variants with elastic capacities from 1,400 to 2,300 kg.

The Douglas Marine Master Mooring 20 is a patented heavy-duty mooring compensator engineered for medium and large vessels with a displacement from 20 to 45 tonnes. It absorbs dynamic loads generated by swell, wake, wind, currents and vessel movement, reducing stress transferred to mooring lines, cleats, bollards and deck fittings.
The system combines high-resistance stainless steel with special marine elastomers and nylon extension limiters. Its controlled elastic response provides smoother load transfer during mooring while helping to protect both onboard and shore-side hardware.
The elastomer system is designed for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and is rated for up to 400,000 working cycles. All versions share the same compact dimensions and load ratings, while the internal elastic capacity is selected according to vessel displacement.
