The Douglas Marine Master Mooring 30 is a patented heavy-duty mooring compensator developed for vessels with a displacement from 45 to 90 tonnes. It combines high-resistance stainless steel, special elastomers and nylon extension limiters to absorb extreme dynamic loads generated by swell, wake, wind and vessel movement. All versions have a 500 mm length, Ø100 mm body diameter, 140 mm stroke, 14,000 kg working load, 27,000 kg breaking load and a weight of 3.8 kg. The elastomer operates from -40°C to +120°C and is rated for up to 400,000 cycles.

The Douglas Marine Master Mooring 30 is a patented heavy-duty mooring compensator designed for large yachts and vessels with a displacement from 45 to 90 tonnes. It absorbs dynamic loads generated by waves, swell, wake, wind, currents and vessel movement, helping reduce stress on mooring lines, cleats, bollards and deck fittings.
The compensator combines high-resistance stainless steel with special marine elastomers and nylon extension limiters. Its controlled elastic response supports smoother load transfer and improves mooring comfort under demanding marina and harbour conditions.
The elastomer system operates from -40°C to +120°C and is designed for up to 400,000 working cycles. All variants share the same overall dimensions, weight and load ratings, while the internal elastic capacity is selected according to vessel displacement.
